UmailEmail's reporting options are as flexible as those in other areas of the application. To generate new reports, you follow several logical steps. First, you select the campaign you want to report on by browsing the list of available campaigns. Next, you select the particular schedule you'd like to include in the report. For campaigns that have more than one schedule, all schedules are presented on-screen and can be selected in any combination for reporting purposes. Finally, you enter a specific date range for the report, and your information is processed accordingly.
A completed report consists of two sections, 'Campaign Summary' and 'Delivery Pie'. The summary table provides a great deal of general and statistical information such as report name, campaign name, list size, total emails delivered, send failures, delivery failures, total emails viewed, unique views, total click-throughs, unique click-throughs, specific URL click-throughs, opt-outs, forward requests, and so on. The pie chart provides delivery information in an easy-to-read manner, offering totals and percentages for overall delivery in distinct colors. All reports can be saved for future use. They can also be edited on-the-fly, overwriting previous reports of the same name. All reports are offered in a printer-friendly format as well.
