New lists can initially be created in two ways. You can manually create list columns from scratch or import a list in which the structure is automatically detected and recreated. You can add to those lists in any of three ways. Import contacts from desktop, network, or online files to an existing list, existing column structure, or brand new structure. Alternatively, add contacts manually by simply typing in the column information. Thirdly, add them automatically with a website link and form. When a site visitor clicks on the link, a form pops up based on the columns in the list you are adding to. The visitor types in their information, and they are added to your list - UmailEmail lets you build the website link and form in seconds.

Once lists are available in the UmailEmail system, contacts can be viewed, searched, and modified at will. Contacts can also be manually disabled or deleted. "Bounced" emails and "unsubscribes" are handled automatically. Duplicate contacts within a list can be instantly purged. Multiple lists can be merged to create new lists. Subsists can be created from any combination of columns in an existing list. List details such as domains can also be viewed.
