Once your contact lists are set up and your emails are designed, the actual mailings need to take place. Campaigns can be built and managed very easily within UmailEmail, and the process follows three logical steps. First, you have to select the email message you'd like to use. Browse through your UmailEmail designs and select the one you wish to use. Next, you have to select the list of contacts you'd like to send the email to. Browse through your contact lists and select the appropriate target audience. Finally, you must schedule your mailing, and UmailEmail provides a number of flexible options for your mailing schedule. Run multiple campaigns using any recurring or custom intervals of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years.
Beyond the three basic steps, Campaign Builder offers extended functionality. Personalize the 'To', 'From', and 'Subject' lines on your mailing with either list data or custom entries. Add unsubscribe links, forward-to-a-friend functionality, or customized text to your email footers with automated HTML code that's easily generated and edited. Existing campaigns can be reviewed and edited at any point. Review a campaign summaries, modify email messages, modify target lists, change your personalization's, add new schedules to (or remove them from) existing campaigns, and view activity reports. Campaigns within UmailEmail can be as proactive or reactive as your industry and market conditions demand.
